Die Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg fördert Ihre Neubauprojekte für Mietwohnungen durch ein Darlehen mit Tilgungszuschuss. Sie erhalten die Förderung als Darlehen mit Tilgungszuschuss. Die Höhe des Tilgungszuschusses beträgt 5,0 Prozent des Zusagebetrages nach Ablauf der Zinsbindung. Für die Errichtung eines Effizienzhaus-Standards 55 der KfW oder besser erhalten Sie einen Tilgungszuschuss von 7,5 Prozent. Reichen Sie Ihren Antrag vor Beginn des Vorhabens bei der Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB) ein.
